BENGALURU, India. Cadence is to be a Platinum Sponsor of the NAFEMS India Conference 2026, taking place at the Hyatt Centric Hebbal, Bengaluru, on 17 and 18 November.
A name familiar to many engineers, Cadence has built up a serious simulation business over the last few years. Its tools now cover CFD, thermal and electromagnetic analysis and, following its purchase of BETA CAE Systems, structural analysis as well. Cadence has been a keen supporter of NAFEMS India activities for some time, previously sponsoring the 2025 conference.

The 2026 India conference programme has more than 70 presentations from over 55 organisations, spread across three parallel tracks. Two esteemed keynote speakers have been confirmed, Rahul S. Mahajan of the Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) and Dr E. Hemalatha of the Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA). Their keynotes, respectively, will be on the role of simulation in regulation and NCAP and modelling and simulation in aircraft structures.
Delegate fees have been frozen since 2025 to help keep the conference affordable. NAFEMS members pay 10,620 INR and non-members 11,800 INR, with all local taxes included. Discounts are available for academics and for groups of five or more from the same organisation.
