Submit your abstract by December 7th to secure a presentation slot at the event. The Review Committee will provide feedback to each abstract submission within three weeks.
Submitting an extended abstract and a presentation is required for participation as a speaker. The extended abstracts (a short conference paper including a couple of figures) will be featured in the conference proceedings.

Once your abstract has been formally accepted, please register for the conference, and you will receive a company invoice prepared by our local event organisation partner.
Post-event, with your consent, the presentation will be made available in the NAFEMS Resource Center. You'll also have the opportunity to revise your presentation before submitting it for upload.
Presenters at all NAFEMS Regional Conferences can submit their manuscript to the NAFEMS Journal EMAS, and have the standard publication fee waived. EMAS has an open access publication model and is licensed under the “Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International” (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) framework.
